Süleymaniye Camii karşısında bulunan Kurufasulyeci Erzincanlı Ali Baba, 1924 yılından beri müşterilerine Türk ve Osmanlı mutfağının lezzetli yemeklerini sunmaya bugün de devam ediyor.
En ünlü yemeği adından da anlaşılacağı gibi mükemmel Kuru fasulyeleri. Erzincan’ın ünlü Dermason Fasulyesi ile yapılan kuru fasulye tabağına koyduğu özel yağı ve biberi ile Süleymaniyenin meşhur kuru fasulyesi tamamlanmış oluyor.
Mekanda Kuru fasulye dışında Türk ve Osmanlı mutfağının çeşitli yemeklerinin de tadına bakmak mümkün. Üniversite hazırlık yıllarında sık sık gittiğimiz bir mekandı Kuru Fasulyeci Erzincanlı Ali Baba’nın mekanı.
O zamanlarda mutlaka bir kuru yemeden çıkmazdık ancak, dileyenler için Kuru Fasulyenin iş ortağı Pilav mutlaka olurdu 🙂
Bununla birlikte Tepsi Kebabı, Karnıyarık, Kabak Dolması, Kuzu Ciğer, Patlıcan Güveç gibi lezzetli yemekleri de bulabilirsiniz.
Tarihi Süleymaniye Camisinin tam karşısında, Süleymaniye Kadın-Doğum Hastanesi ile aynı sırada bulunan Kurufasulyeci Erzincanlı Ali Baba, yeri ve tarihi dokusu itibariyle de bir çok ünlü ismi ağırlama fırsatı buluyor.
